Ambi’s Story.
After having coached a women's hockey team at Pennant Hills for years the players fell in love with the chai Ambi brought to training.
Over time, each player added unique and personal spices to each of the chais - a new chai was born!
Ambi is an avid chai drinker himself - abstaining from alcohol in its entirety, choices for a favoured drink were scarce. Growing up between Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, the UK and India - chai was a common thread throughout his experiences.
This rich collection of stories and experiences only adds to the flavours of his special brand of authentically brewed chais of the Punjab and Africa.
